JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to employees queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Support the organization through restructures
Offer counseling services to employees
Assisting processes for the recruitment
Perform employee background checks and verify the information
Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits
Collecting and analyzing employee data
Act as a Liason for the HR
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus
