Total Rewards SpecialistThis position is responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs of the company and ensures that such programs are in compliance with Philippine Labor laws. The position is important as this will be an avenue in developing programs that will contribute to improve work performance, engagement and satisfaction of the company's employees.
Administers various employee benefit programs.
Performs timekeeping every 15th and 30th of the month.
Tracks leave credits of all employees.
Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes.
Responsible for the timely payment of required government monthly premiums.
Resolves conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.
Prepares all government reportorial requirements, maintain and update all necessary reports for easy reference.
Collaborates with Accounting Department for all crucial payments and deductions.
Safe keeps and maintains updated employee records with all relevant information.
Recommends employee benefit programs by promoting, evaluating current employee benefits program of the company.
Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
