JOB QUALIFICATIONS_
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related course
Must have at least 3 years work experience in recruitment and benefits- Proficient in MS Office applications
Has excellent communication skills
- Preferably living within Commonwealth, Quezon City or nearby areas

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, and benefits information including government (SSS, PHILHEALTH, HDMF)
Examines employee files to answer questions from authorized individuals.- Responsible for recruitment of non-exempt employees, reference checking, and employee orientation.
Interview job applicants, review application resume, evaluate applicants skills and make a recommendation regarding applicants qualification.
- Examines employee files to answer questions from authorized individuals.
May administer aptitude tests, answer phones, and perform other clerical functions.- Advises supervisors and managers regarding employee relations issues.
Develop and maintain the relationship with employment agencies, and other recruitment sources.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
