Timely preparation of payroll- Implementation of HR Functions and General Administration Services
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment activities related to attraction, selection (in coordination with other departments) and integration of new and/or project hire employees.
Source applicants for vacancies, interviews and endorses qualified candidates to requesting departments for trade testing and/or further interviews.
- Prepares and files employment contracts of new employees; monitors expiration of contracts, sends the appropriate notice to Supervisors and processes clearances of separated employees
Records approved leaves and monitors utilization.- Processes monthly company payroll and government contribution reports for SSS PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig.
Making of employee memo's and sanctions
- Prepares, maintains, and updates contents of employees 201 files.
Performs other functions that the supervisor may assign from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4-5 months
Pay: Php17,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
