Qualification: Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, and or any business related courses.
1-2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
Knowledgeable in HR Facets (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping)
Good communication skills (Oral and Written), Keen to detail, and highly organized
Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
Performs employees daily timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
Facilitate recruitment efforts such as, sourcing and scheduling of job applicants and processing of pre-employment requirements, orientation and deployment.
Performs online filing and Settlements of Employees Contributions and Loans to Mandatory Government benefits.
Submit HR related reports to mandatory government requirements.
