a) Work closely with various departments/dealer branches/warehouse, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting team leaders and managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
b) Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates and prepare staff handbooks and training manuals.
c) Hire new staff, set up training programs, process compensation packages, and manage staff records
d) Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling. Conducting exit interviews to separated employees.
e) Motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent by directing the administrative functions of the HR department.
f) Work together with a range of employee involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
g) Maintaining department records and reports. Participating in administrative staff meetings
h) Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
i) Conduct branch visit and regulate coaching discussions with employees in branch/office/warehouse
j) Work together with the branch/office/warehouse leader to train and motivate the employees
k) Organize the team to ensure maximum sales, as well as performance
l) Schedule branch/office/warehouse visit to conduct communication and check employee situation.
m) Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
n) Advise on pay and other compensation issues, including promotion and benefits; undertake regular salary reviews; Administer payroll, benefits and maintain employee records
o) Interpret and advise on employment labor rule; Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
p) Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
