Position: Human Resources Staff
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Onboard new hires by conducting orientation sessions, processing paperwork, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, handling disciplinary actions, and mediating conflicts.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Stay current on HR laws and regulations and ensure the company is compliant.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Partner with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Positive attitude and a passion for employee engagement.
