Implements employee discipline per company policies and labor laws- Conducts investigation on minor to grave cases in collaboration with essential department.
Facilitates and ensures end-to-end processing of employee cases, notices of termination or decision, and memorandum
- Maintains complete and accurate documentation of all cases and assists in maintaining 201 Files and HRIS
Communicates, mediates, coaches, and resolves grievances, concerns, complaints, and issues of employees- Conducts orientation and re-orientation for employees regarding the Company Profile and its Code of Conduct/HR Policy
Assists in DOLE Compliance and attends DOLE and MTC (Small Claims) hearings and provides updates on Labor or Government advisories
- Generates Monthly and Annual cases
Assists/spearheads activities to promote work-life balance- Conducts exit interviews and processing of clearance and release of backpay
Creates/edits Identification Cards for employees
- Creates memos, announcements and any informal/formal documents related or assigned
Orientation for new employees on Company Code of Conduct and other company policies Source for qualified candidates, both active and passive, using various channels.
- Effectively communicate requirement/ JD to prospective candidate
Screen / Conduct initial and behavioral interviews, and evaluate applicants based on the profile/s assigned by the clients. - - Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility- Field works when needed or assigned to that is related to the Job Description
Preferably a graduate of BS in Business Administration major in Human Resources/Psychology or any related course.- With at least 1-3 years experience Employee Relations role
Can work with less supervision
