JOB SUMMARY:- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of employee benefits and administrative tasks pertaining to processing of company vehicle's registration, licenses and insurances; company property insurances; permits and clearances. Ensures proper documentation and monitoring of all administrative processes at all times.
- SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives, facilitates and coordinates processing of employee benefits to SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth.
- 2. Facilitates processing of all company initiated benefits given to all qualified employees such as : Employee Mobilization Cash Advance; Cash Advances for Key Personnel and Admin. Hire Employees, and all other company benefits given to employees.
- 3. Maintains a record of all benefits availed by all employees for monitoring purposes.
- 4. Monitors leave benefits for all Admin and Project site personnel. Coordinates with

- 6. Contact applicants Key Personnel for Initial Interview scheduled as per Instructed by Managing Director.
- 7. Timekeeping and Plotting for every Payroll Cut-off (Weekly and Monthly).
- 8. Receives and coordinates request for overtime, leave and other absences
- Graduate of Psychology or Any Business related course.
- At least 2-3 years experience in Human Resource Department.
- Can work with less supervision.
