With at least 3 years work experience
Maintains 201 files of employees
Monitoring employee movements such as regularization and promotion
Ensure that newly hired personnel received proper orientation on SOP, Company Rules
Coordinate with the HR Assistant assigned in the head office about different concerns that may arise
Responsible for making Personnel Manpower request for each department
Knowledgeable in Recruitment
Responsible For Time-keeping
Weekly reporting of payroll inputs
Weekly reporting of tardiness and absences
Perform other task assigned by the supervisor and by the management.
