HR STAFFQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
With previous experience in Human Resources is a plus
Knowledgeable in database software, email systems, and office software
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in employment laws
Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screen resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Providing general administrative support to the HR Department.- Assist with external and internal HR-related matters.
Perform other duties upon request.
