Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer end to end company recruitment process.
Administer the new employee general orientation.- Create and issue employment contracts
Facilitate clearance and quitclaim for separated employees
- Provide support to compensation and benefits administration
Generate, maintain record, administer disciplinary action memos to employees.- Provide significant insights and support in the preparation of company activities.
Provide credible information to all HR-related inquiries based on the company set up.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS/BA Psychology or equivalent
Knowledgeable with general labor standards- Maintain high level of integrity and credibility on ideal and acceptable moral and ethical standards as HR practitioner
Can work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision

- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
