Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day HR tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents (e.g., contracts, offers, policies).
- 2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate job postings and advertisements.- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Assist in new employee onboarding process including paperwork and orientation.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support performance management processes (e.g., scheduling reviews, tracking performance appraisals).
- 4. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.- Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.
Support audits related to HR practices and employee records.
Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with HR team members on special assignments.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
