  • What you'll be doing
: In charge of calculating, encoding, payments, and posting government remittances (SSS & EC, PHIC, & HDMF).
  • Responsibilities also include employee enrollment and deletion with constant assistance on each benefit utilization attached to the above-mentioned agencies (e.g. loans, sick and maternity benefits, retirements, etc.).
Ensures up-to-date system records based on current mandates (i.e. salary adjustments, government-initiated contribution increases, etc.)
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records and payment files for routine audit and benefit utilization purposes.
Works hand in hand with payroll staff to ensure accurate deductions for every cut-off. Ensures that payments and posting are processed within set deadlines.
  • In charge of administration and monitoring of other benefits (indirect) such as HMO, paid leaves, insurance, APEs, etc. Ensures accurate records by ensuring timely enrollment and deletion.
Supports payroll staff on timekeeping and maintaining accurate time records of all employees.
  • What you'll need to bring:
Bachelor's degree holder, any course
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
Exposure to SSS/PHIC/HDMF contribution and benefit processing is an advantage.
  • Background on HMO relations, insurance and leave management, and timekeeping is a plus.
Must be adept with MS Office and other common platforms.
  • Should have a strong innate personality, be results-driven, and displays high level of professionalism and integrity.
Can start ASAP.

  • 00 - Php22,000.00 per month
