QUALIFICATION: - - Graduate of 4 year course in BS HRMD, Psychology or Behavioral Science.
-With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Benefits administration in HR.
- With good oral communication skills and keen to details.
_HR Administrative Support- Allowances _
a. Process claims on fieldwork, out-of-town, out-of-station, and holiday allowances of field personnel (i.e. Staff and Officers).
b. Handle HMO transactions and prepare enrollment documents and requests for payments for the HMO.
c. Handle gasoline fleet card transactions; coordinate with the service provider; and process their RFP.
_HR Administrative Support Company-initiated Benefits _
a. Assist in implementing the Employee Wellness Program.
b. Handle day-to-day inquiries related to the company-initiated benefits.
c. Prepare and submit reports for fuel consumption and allowances.
_HR Administrative Support - Compensation _
a. Process PSBank MPL application.
b. Prepare and distribute pay slips.
c. Process exit clearances of resigned / separated employees.
