Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Collaborate with HR team members and department heads to develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits-related inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage benefits enrollment, administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and distribute communication materials related to compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees on topics related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Passion for motorcycles and understanding of motorcycle industry terminology and trends is a plus.
