HR Staff will perform various clerical, technical, administrative, and office support duties in support of the HR Head on a daily basis. HR Branch Operations are the main duties of this role.
- Ensure completion of day-to-day HR Operations functions and duties including recruitment, timekeeping and attendance, and employee services
Monitoring of HR reports and inventory- Performing administrative tasks, and proper implementation of HR policies at the assigned branch
Resume screening and conduct initial interviews at the assigned branch
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, overall hygiene behavior, and attendance and inform the HR Head Office
Perform other task/s assigned from time to time
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, HRDM, or any related course- Coordination with different departments, customer service, and relationship management at all levels of the organization
Flexible and resilient
- With at least 1 year of experience in general HR
Excellent organizational capacity with an ability to work to deadlines- Familiarity with DOLE and labor regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office
- HR general role is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Can start ASAP
- Must be willing to be assigned at our BGC, Taguig branch
