Job Responsibilities- Support recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in new employee onboarding and paperwork.- Maintain organized employee records and ensure compliance.
Process payroll accurately and manage benefits administration.
- Aid in employee relations and contribute to HR policy development.
Assist with training initiatives and handle general HR inquiries.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.- Knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in HR or related administrative roles preferred.
