- Specific Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Handles end-to-end recruitment process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, administering the pre-employment exam, and performing reference checks.- Expedites posting of job vacancies and Applicant Sourcing in various channels.
Conducts screening, shortlisting and scheduling of applicants for interview.
- Prepare hiring documents (i.e., pre-employment requirements, job offer, 201 file and employment contract) for all new-hired employees.
Conducts employee onboarding orientation including issuance of office supplies, biometrics and access to appropriate system and records.
Prepares clearances, exit interview forms, and turn over list of resigning employees.- Prepares attrition report in a yearly basis.
Creates and maintain 201 File of new employees.- Records employee information, such as PMRF, SSS, HDMF, TIN, BPI, exemptions, transfers, and resignations to update payroll records.
Assists in the planning and execution of HR activities / Company Events.- Other tasks may be assigned by HR Supervisor or HR Manager
