Timekeeping and Records Management- Payroll and Benefits Administration
Handling Employee Relations, Investigations and Performance Management
Must be graduate of any related field in Psychology, Behavioral Science and Human Resource Development Management
- At least 3 years relevant Human Resources Generalist role or similar capacity
In-depth knowledge and understanding of local labor laws and regulatory requirements.- Has knowledge in most of HR facets specifically: Recruitment, Employee Relation, Labor Relations, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Ability to uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Possesses good problem-solving skills, best practices, and technical expertise.
Has outstanding interpersonal skills, systematic, organized, and with initiative
- Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly in MS Word, power point presentation, photoshop and other creative tools.
