High-Level Responsibilities
- Team Management: Collaborate closely with hiring manager to understand their needs and effectively guide the interviewing process.
- Candidate Management: From initial screening to onboarding, you'll be responsible for managing the entire candidate journey.
- Candidate Sourcing & Endorsement: Actively utilize various sourcing channels, including online job portals, social media, and networking, to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Specific Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Job Description Development: Ensure comprehensive and accurate job descriptions are created, including details on responsibilities, qualifications, and hiring plans.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent, leveraging your own network and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Processing: Screen and evaluate candidate applications, conduct initial phone and virtual interviews, and administer assessments as needed.
- Candidate Endorsement: Prepare candidate profiles and recommend qualified individuals to hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Feedback & Reporting: Gather feedback from hiring managers, provide candidates with interview results, and submit regular reports on recruitment progress.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
Ideal Profile
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
