Responsibilities: Coordinate with different recruitment channels for job posting
Posts job vacancies on job hiring portals
Screens applicants, short lists qualified candidates and schedules interview
Endorses qualified applicants to hiring managers for the preliminary and final interview
Conducts employee orientation on newly hires
Two (2) or more years experience in recruitment.
Experience in other facets of HR is a plus.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Psychology or Human Resources Management from a four-year university or equivalent experience
Ensures confidentiality of information
Maintains a high level of professionalism
Has ability to work independently, responsible and highly organized
Open, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Able to learn new technologies
