HR Specialist is responsible for providing HR and Admin support to the HR Department assisting with various HR functions, and ensuring efficient operation within the HR Team. This role involves coordinating HR activities, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and supporting employee relations initiatives.
Specific Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR records.
- Assist with recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interview, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist employees in terms of employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to HR management.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking employee participation, ang maintaining training records.
- Support HR Compliance efforts by assisting with policy development, updating employee handbooks and ensuring adherence to level requirements.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance appraisals collecting feedback, and assisting with performance improvement plans.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and industry trends.
- Organize and coordinate employee events, activities, and initiatives to promote team building, recognition, and appreciation.
- Implement programs such as wellness initiatives, employee recognition programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of engagement activities.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills motivation, and job satisfaction.

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
