- Liaise with Franchise Relations Manager, Operations Officers, Branch Head (both for company owned and non-company owned) and HR assistant to determine staffing requirements for hiring and posting.
- Monitor the Recruitment Dashboard and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conducts sourcing of suitable candidates on all job vacancies requirements
- Conducting preliminary screening of applicants paper screening, initial interviews, and shortlisting of candidates for further interviews.
- Conducts onboarding of new hires.
- Supports HR processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, and maintaining records and information.
- Lay-out of Hiring Poster.
- Job posting in different job platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook Page etc.)
- Assists other managers and Branch Heads / Franchisees to process job applications and respond to online queries.
- To recruit at least 80% of the required Manpower upon Branch Opening.
- To retain quality employees and to lessens attrition rate to 10%.
- Providing recruitment reports to HR Manager, Branch Heads, and Franchisees.
- Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
- Qualifications:
Graduate of 4-year Business Administration or any related course
- Computer Literate (knowledgeable in utilizing Microsoft Applications, Google Suite)
With at least 6 months of experience in Recruitment and Selection is an advantage- Knowledgeable in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
