JOB SUMMARY:The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing support in various areas of the Human Resources including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and HR compliance.
- QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology or related field.
Certification is a plus- Proven experience as HR Specialist or similar role with minimum 5 years solid experience as HR Generalist and 2-4 years experience as HR Specialist
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS Software.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of organization- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
