Provides applicants for vacancies
Recommends qualified candidates for presentation to assigned Department.
Conducts initial evaluation, screening and interview of applicants to fill job orders.
Calls and schedules applicants who applied online for a preliminary interview and screening and profiling
Create/Update online database (IRIS) for client presentation, such as candidate profiles,
Prepares necessary documents for documentation and processing of selected applicants.
Prepares and generates recruitment reports for submission to HR Manager.
Performs general clerical duties in relation to the recruitment process.
Assists applicants/employers and performs other necessary task during employers interview.
Performs field recruitment activities, special recruitment activities and job fairs, if needed.
Creative innovative candidate sourcing strategies and help drive recruiting campaigns and job openings.
Attend New Hire Orientation to promote Employee referral program.
Attend job fairs to present the company and hire new applicants.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the management.
