Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related course.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience, particularly in Recruitment, Employee Relations and Training.
Must have the ability to manifest good interpersonal relationship and effectively deal with and relate with people from all levels across the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Creative and resourceful.
Demonstrates passion for excellence.
Job Responsibilities
RECRUITMENT
Responsible for performing recruitment, selection, and hiring functions.
Crafts job advertisements, conducts initial screening of applicants resumes, and administers pre-employment examinations
Conducts initial interviews for applicants who have met the standards of the company's hiring requirements, and coordinates interview schedules with the hiring managers.
Conducts background investigations for qualified applicants prior to employment.
Coordinates with the company's accredited outsourcing partners in talent search.
Facilitates the onboarding process for newly-hired employees.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Provides support functions for employee programs, data-gathering initiatives, performance management, and HRD projects.
Handling employee relations matters and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws
Plans and executes employee engagement activities
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Participating in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall organizational effectiveness
