Can attend to all employee relations concerns, inquiries, requests pertaining to their employment status.- Can manage a team or has direct experience in managing the day-to-day functions of his/her staff.
Has experience in designing organizational programs such as events, rituals and other company initiatives.
- Has experience in developing new processes and systems related to human resource
Can conduct training and can prepare basic training modules.
