Job descriptionWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team! You will play a key role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with the company, from recruitment to development, and ensuring they are paid accurately and on time. This position reports directly to the Business Support Head.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Partner with hiring managers to develop and post job descriptions (Job Descriptions).- Source and screen qualified candidates.
Coordinate the interview process and schedule logistics.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures (company policies).
- Conduct investigations and mediate employee disputes.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee benefits programs.
Accurately process payroll on a timely basis in accordance with Philippine payroll regulations.- Maintain payroll records and ensure their accuracy.
Calculate and withhold taxes and deductions according to Philippine tax laws (Tax Code) and SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions.
- Issue payslips or electronic salary payments and handle any discrepancies.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll.
- Training and Development:
Assist with the identification of training needs.- Coordinate and facilitate training programs for employees.
Track employee training completion and maintain records.
Assist managers with the performance management process.
- Maintain performance management documentation.
- HR Systems and Administration:
Maintain and update HR information systems.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data.
Stay current on HR trends and best practices in the Philippine context.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role (or equivalent).
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including Philippine payroll processing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems (a plus).- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations (a plus).

- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary
