Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.- Maintain records of employees.
Facilitate/ coordinates Timekeeping semi-monthly Daily time record for on-time processing of payroll for Head Office and Project assigned
- Process Payroll and Overtime checking Head Office and Project assigned and assist other concerns related to payroll
Acknowledged receipt of payroll computation for assigned- Coordinates /inform immediate superior and addresses any discrepancies/ misconduct time keeping incurred by employees for immediate action.
Updating and filing OT Requests, and OT Accomplishments of assigned sites
- Handle payslip/deduction inquiries and concerns from the employee.
Responsible for acquiring Tax Identification numbers for new hires.- Maintain confidentiality for internal and external records
Assist in the compensation and benefit documentation.
- Creating and Monitoring Emails for workers
Prepares Company ID Form and issues ID for HPSC Employees- Preparing, Monitoring and Transporting of Travel and Office Orders
Creating and Monitoring clearances for resigned employees
- Creating and Monitoring COE (APOR, Employment, Income)
Updating 201 files for newly hired such as requirement completion and pulling out files for separated employees.- Knowledgeable in Compensation and Benefits
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management.
- HR Associate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- Previous experience working in human resources.
Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Good organizational skills.
