Responsibilities: Assists applicants on filing up onboarding forms and ensures completeness before filing on their 201 files.
Updates and records new employees profile on the Employees Master List.
Monitors and releases monthly evaluation forms of probationary employees to evaluators.
Compiles and safe keeps all HR documents.
Overseeing the switch from paper to electronic record-keeping.
Create templates for future use.
Two (2) or more years experience in HR function.
Must possess at least Bachelor/College degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management and equivalent.
Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures.
Aptitude in problem solving.
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
