Full job description:- Obtain information and evidence regarding any complaints, cases, or claims received.
Counsel employees concerning employee relations issues ensuring established corporate and departmental policies.- Review all employee counseling and separation documentation for compliance with policies and procedures
Supervise deliberation and recommend action to be taken in compliance with policies and procedures
- Drafting of NTE,RTWO,NOS and other ER docs.
Overseeing Employee Orientation.
