Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of HR administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes and providing excellent support to our employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in human resources and a passion for employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage HR administrative tasks including onboarding, induction, offboarding, and addressing employee concerns.
Enter and maintain personal details of new and existing employees in the HRIS.
Ensure the security and maintenance of HR personnel files, making sure all files are complete and ready for regulatory inspection.
Administer HR-related transactions and workflows, ensuring timely completion.
Generate and facilitate HR reports and any ad hoc reports as required.
Handle administrative duties such as employee documentation, disciplinary actions, filing separation clearances, maintaining the employee database, and other related tasks.
Assist in recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and process development and improvement.
Support employee engagement and retention activities, as well as handle administrative work related to employee relations.
Other HR responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


College degree or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or recruitment.
Understanding of DOLE and HR requirements.
Experienced with records management.
Advanced knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Highly motivated and driven.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand the HR needs of clients and team members.
Professional demeanor with a strong sense of honesty and responsibility.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
