Job Description

At least 1 year experience of Legal and Compliance
  • Aid in creating organizational guidelines.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance and supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
