Payroll & Timekeeping Functions:- Ensures on-time release of employee salaries by bank uploading 2 days prior to schedules payout.
Ensures that payroll reports are accurate and free from error by doing the following activities below:
-Carefully review all employees daily time record (DTR). -Directly coordinates to employees who have issues with incomplete time logs, pending approval of OT, OB and leave of absences application. -Ensure that the payroll system is updated based on endorse employee and salary movements.- Ensure that employee payslips are release in timely manner.
- Government Compliance Functions:
Ensures that company's compensation practices follow general labor standards mandated by law.- Accommodate employee loan application to government mandated offices (SSS, PHIC and PAGIBIG)
Ensure that all SSS (Maternity and Sickness) and PHIC claims are process and reimburse on time.
- Ensure that all government mandated remittances are paid on time to avoid charges and penalties.
Involve in processing compliance documents required by government agencies.
- Administrative Functions:
Processes last pay and quit claims of the resigned employees.- Liase with Accounting Department in preparation of the checks for payment of the government monthly remittances.
Prepares COE and issues to the employees as requested.
Must be graduate of Business course Major in Human Resources or any related course
- With at least 2-3 years of experience as Compensation and Benefits.
