Job Description

Payroll & Timekeeping Functions:
  • Ensures on-time release of employee salaries by bank uploading 2 days prior to schedules payout.
Ensures that payroll reports are accurate and free from error by doing the following activities below:

-Carefully review all employees daily time record (DTR). -Directly coordinates to employees who have issues with incomplete time logs, pending approval of OT, OB and leave of absences application. -Ensure that the payroll system is updated based on endorse employee and salary movements.
  • Ensure that employee payslips are release in timely manner.
  • Government Compliance Functions:
Ensures that company's compensation practices follow general labor standards mandated by law.
  • Accommodate employee loan application to government mandated offices (SSS, PHIC and PAGIBIG)
Ensure that all SSS (Maternity and Sickness) and PHIC claims are process and reimburse on time.
  • Ensure that all government mandated remittances are paid on time to avoid charges and penalties.
Involve in processing compliance documents required by government agencies.
  • Administrative Functions:
Processes last pay and quit claims of the resigned employees.
  • Liase with Accounting Department in preparation of the checks for payment of the government monthly remittances.
Prepares COE and issues to the employees as requested.
  • Job Qualifications:
Must be graduate of Business course Major in Human Resources or any related course
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience as Compensation and Benefits.
