HR SPECIALIST (HRIS, C&B)- Summary: Provides strategic and administrative support for CMP's employee benefits and remuneration program. Maintains a very high level of confidentiality while offering administrative support and helping staff with a variety of government reports, benefit-related issues, questions, or requests in compliance with established laws and regulations. Act as the Administration of HRIS. Responsible to modifies the employee profile as needed, updates the system in response to manpower movement that impact Core HR, Time and Labor, and other relevant modules.
Graduate of Behavioral Science, Psychology, or Human Resource Administration- At least two (2) years experience as Personnel or HR Assistant with exposure in HRIS administration, Timekeeping and Government Reports
Proficient use of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and E-mail software
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, and time- management skills
Demonstrated ability to be a team-member or participant in cross-functional meetings and committees,
