Bachelor's degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in various HR functions such as People Relation and Discipline, Performance Appaisal Administration, People Movement, Implementation of Employee's engagement and retention, Vendor Management
Exposure to HRBP responsibilities, such as supporting business units, working on HR projects, or acting as a liaison between HR and other departments.- Willing to work in Tipolo Mandaue City
