As HR Specialist, you will be focused in supporting our organization's growth by managing HR administrative tasks and assisting in recruitment efforts.
What You'll Do:- Recruitment Coordination: Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
HR Administration:
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining HR records, processing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.Employee Engagement Support:
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in new hire onboarding activities and conduct exit interviews for departing employees to gather feedback.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely assistance and guidance.

Meticulous with a strong attention to detail in handling administrative tasks and managing HR documentation.
- Collaborative and proactive in supporting HR initiatives and contributing to team goals.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and candidates.
Willingness to learn and grow in HR practices and procedures as part of a supportive team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role is advantageous.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
