- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in human resource, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to people
- Effective communicator able to sell the job and Group to applicants
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Job Summary
- Proactive coordination with department heads regarding personnel for regularization and for end of contract
- Monitors completion of requirements submitted by Department for employee movements, traineeship, promotion, and regularization
