Administers compensation and benefits programs. Assist in the implementation of wage and salary management; performance appraisal; incentives; life, health and disability insurance; and other related programs. Undertakes projects relating to the formulation development and implementation of future policies.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the end to end administration and processing of payroll
- Maintains leave reports and tracking- annual, sickness, emergency, in lieu etc.
- Assists HR Services Manager with month end consolidation and reconciliation and payment of payroll and group tax
- Conducts Benefits and Payroll orientation to new hires
- Assist in the implementation and execution HMO and Health &Engagement Programs
- Determines liabilities of employee and state income and social security taxes, and employee's social security, and workers compensation payments
- Processes enrollment for BIR, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, HMO and Life Insurance
- Leads the resolution of employee queries on availing government and company benefits/loan and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Prepares and submits government and statutory certificates
- Assist maintenance of the HRIS creation and changes of colleague profiles
- Provide guidance to HR Services officers and HR Assistant
What we are looking for
- Experience in processing compensation and company benefits and government-mandated benefits in a supervisory capacity
- End to end payroll processing
- Experience in HRIS platforms is an advantage
- Knowledge business etiquette and business correspondence
- Problem solving and efficient decision making
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately
- Ability to cope with complicated situations and tasks in a dynamic environment
