HR Services Associate
Job Summary
We are looking for HR Services Associate to be part of our regional HR team. This role will be primarily responsible for executing HR processes and services, data management in HRIS (Workday), partner with payroll team for employee movement data, benefits operations, vendor management, supporting audit, local statutory requirement and other operational assistance where needed.
Responsibilities
Support the APAC Benefits, Rewards, Payroll operations team to achieve operational excellence
Handle and resolve Rewards and Payroll related escalations
Responsible for the knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve employee and manager queries including Workday and HR library
Ensure high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area of responsibility
Adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by the HR functional team. Appropriately documents case details and relevant information in the case management system
Coordinate in between different HR operational team to ensures and maintains data quality of employees information in HRIS (Workday) and ServiceNow
Address operation issues and provides regular feedback to team members
Perform various type of reporting
Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance and other policy requirements
Participate in global projects and provide support to translation validation as needed
Qualifications
3+ years working experience in human resources operations
Experience in HRIS data maintenance. Knowledge of Workday is preferred
Good understanding of HR payroll process
Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices
Proactive, meticulous and committed
Good team player and able to work with staff at all levels
Proficient in Japanese is required as this role will communicate with Japanese speaking employees and vendors
