As the
HR Service Delivery Manager, you will be a key leader in our HR team, managing a small team.
You will leverage your experience in HR Operations including talent acquisition, benefits administration, HR operational excellence, process improvement, automation, and analytics to ensure smooth HR operations within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage all HR operations, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits administration, and HR operational excellence.
2. Supervise, mentor, and develop a small team, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Drive process improvement, automation, and analytics in HR operations.
5. Manage relationships with HR service providers, ensuring that all services are delivered as per the agreed terms.
6. Participate in budget development and budgetary control for HR-related expenses.
7. Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their service needs and provide solutions.
9. Lead HR projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert in HR service delivery.
10. Develop and maintain advanced HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using analytics tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing HR teams and projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
