Job Summary
The HR Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy of the overall business plan and strategic direction, specifically in succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational development and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The HR Senior manager provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors, and advising the executive management team on the HR implications of its decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support business objectives, vision, and values.
Work with senior management to identify HR priorities and opportunities and to develop and execute HR plans that support the organization's objectives.
Provide leadership and support to the HR Department and foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders including employees, management, industry partners, and the community.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is directly responsible for leading managers of the department and indirectly responsible for all employees within the department.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Establish and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that effectively communicate and support the company's mission, strategic vision, and objectives.
- Develop and execute HR plans and strategies to support the overall business operations objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure that all HR programs and initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently, and provide guidance and direction to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations, and develop policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Work with the company's executive management team to establish a plan for management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
- Lead the development of comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of talent and organizational development programs that support the organization's goals and help employees achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Manage employee relations and engagement, including policies/programs that promote a positive work environment, and resolving employee issues/concerns.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally.

Education And Experience
BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred.
More than 10 years of HR experience in an FMCG company, with at least five years of executive HR experience and at least five years of HR experience in strategic roles in global companies.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
