Job Description

Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying hiring needs and sourcing potential employees through professional databases to fill job openings in an efficient and effective manner. He/She shall have an excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a good relationship with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
Close coordinates with the HR Business Partners and HR Generalists of the assigned business unit/s to determine staffing requirements.
  • Advertise job vacancies using internal and external systems as appropriate.
Screens candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions best.
Keep track of the status of the shortlisted candidates and assist when needed.
  • Other recruitment task as may asigned from time to time.
  • Qualifications and Experience
Degree holder of HR Management, Psychology, or any equivalent course/field.
  • With at least 1 years of relevant working experience preferably in the retail industry.
Possess expertise in recruitment process and up to date with the current trends and labor law.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php17,
