Job SummaryThe Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying hiring needs and sourcing potential employees through professional databases to fill job openings in an efficient and effective manner. He/She shall have an excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a good relationship with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Close coordinates with the HR Business Partners and HR Generalists of the assigned business unit/s to determine staffing requirements.
- Advertise job vacancies using internal and external systems as appropriate.
Screens candidates resumes and job applications.- Conduct interviews and assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions best.
Keep track of the status of the shortlisted candidates and assist when needed.
- Other recruitment task as may asigned from time to time.
- Qualifications and Experience
Degree holder of HR Management, Psychology, or any equivalent course/field.
- With at least 1 years of relevant working experience preferably in the retail industry.
Possess expertise in recruitment process and up to date with the current trends and labor law.
