We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
Requirements:- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.- Educational background in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
