HR Recruitment Specialist

Description

The Human Resources Recruitment Specialist will be our partner for providing support in the various human resource functions, mainly focusing on recruitment & staffing; performance monitoring, employee counseling, and overseeing agency employees

What You Will Do in Your Role

Recruitment and Selection

• Full-cycle recruitment for DL/IDL positions (Production Operators, Technicians, Staff, etc.)
• Partnering with external sources: PESO, University/Colleges, etc.

Agency Management

• Checking of payroll billing and timekeeping
• Work closely with Agency Coordinators

201 & 202 File Management

• Files and maintains 201 and 202 files of all employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, or any related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience handling Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Experience in Corporate/Manufacturing set-up
• Technical Recruiter
