Duties and Responsibilities:- Sources and screens resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
Conducts phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job.- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
Uses various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates.
- Coordinates candidate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conducts background checks and employment verifications to ensure that potential candidates meet our company's standards and requirements.- Manages the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Participates in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
- Partners with different agencies, schools, or institutes for sourcing of candidates.
Male/Female
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management.
With at least 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment.- Preferably residing in Ortigas or San Antonio Pasig, or nearby areas
