Job Description

Recruitment specialists oversee the sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates for organizational job openings, collaborating closely with the HR Supervisor to comprehend staffing requirements and ensure seamless onboarding processes align with company objectives.
  • Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Source potential candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing guidance and support to both candidates and the HR supervisor throughout the process.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline by proactively engaging with potential candidates and building relationships for future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports for analysis.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate credentials and ensure a thorough evaluation process.
Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies, compensation guidelines, and budget constraints.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, assisting with paperwork, orientation sessions, and integration into the company culture.
Stay abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal regulations to optimize recruitment processes and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to support talent acquisition initiatives and enhance the overall recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the immediate head.
  • Competencies Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively liaising with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions.
Attention to detail in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate suitability.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
