- Graduate with BS in Psychology or Human Resources Management
Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Recruitment Officer
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment
Conduct Company Orientation- Update forms and reports daily
End-to-end recruitment
- Conducting phone, virtual and face-to-face interviews
Adept in social media platforms and tech-savvy- Clerical works such as filling and organizing of 201 file.
Direct reported with HR Head and CEO if necessary
- Can do field recruitment if necessary
