Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
Provide feedback to candidates and manage communication throughout the hiring process.- Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
