Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
Provide feedback to candidates and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Work Setup:
Onsite (Day shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,
  • 00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Day shift
Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

* 13th month salary
